The I.T. Department encourages users to set up multi-factor authentication to help strengthen the protection of their respective TAMCC accounts. Your login details should NOT be shared with anyone.
Kindly follow the steps below to get started:
1. If you haven't changed your password as yet, please do so here. https://elearning.tamcc.edu.gd/login/change_password.php?id=1
2. Using your “username”@tamcc.edu.gd and password provided, login here to set up MFA using the Microsoft Authenticator phone app (which can be downloaded via Google Play and Apple App Store) or SMS.
You are also eligible for Microsoft Office suite downloads using your TAMCC account via this link.
3. From this point forward, all communications via email must be done using your TAMCC account. Please use this address https://Gmail.com to access your email with the same login details provided.
4. Online Learning Platform (Moodle) - For your online Courses, Quizzes and Grading.
Using https://elearning.tamcc.edu.gd, login and set up your profile. Be sure to tell us about yourself in the “description” area.
5. IT Helpdesk – For concerns only relating to I.T. services, please email us at helpdesk@tamcc.edu.gd.
